Job summary

Homewood Living Williamsport is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant to provide daily living activities for residents under licensed supervision. The role emphasizes confidentiality, personal hygiene support, nutrition assistance, and accurate record-keeping.

Shifts are Day Shift with hourly compensation of $20.25–$21.75. The position requires lifting up to 30 pounds and adherence to care plans within a geriatric setting.

Qualifications

Must be listed as a Nursing Assistant on the state registry within 120 days of employment.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for an eight-hour shift.
Good reading and writing skills in English to carry out care plans.

Responsibilities

Provides activities of daily living care to residents under licensed staff supervision.
Maintains confidentiality of residents and their condition.
Assists with personal hygiene, linen care, and feeding as needed.
Records resident information accurately and reports changes to the team leader.
Participates in resident care planning and follows the care plan.
