Psycho Social Therapies is a leading mental health agency serving the geriatric population in Ohio. The TBS Specialist works primarily at one facility with a licensed clinician to address individualized mental health needs and coordinate care plans.

The role involves providing behavioral health services, crisis prevention, and development of treatment plans for clients or groups, while maintaining strong documentation and communication with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant field experience or Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
