Psycho Social Therapies is a leading mental health agency serving geriatric residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities across Ohio. We are seeking a TBS Specialist to work primarily at one facility alongside a licensed clinician to address each client's mental health needs.

You will provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services, develop individualized care plans, coordinate interventions, support daily living skills, document outcomes, and maintain positive relationships with clients

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant field experience or Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
• Clinical, Communications and Documentation skills.
