Psycho Social Therapies is a leading mental health agency serving geriatric residents in Ohio facilities. The Therapeutic Behavioral Services Specialist works with a licensed clinician to address individualized mental health needs and participates in treatment planning and crisis prevention.

The role involves direct client services, collaboration with therapists, and travel within the assigned service area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or higher in a related field or a Bachelor's/Master's degree.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Develop service plans and care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, and development of treatment plans.
• Provide linkage, interventions, and crisis prevention services to restore daily life skills.
• Deliver services to individual clients or groups as needed.
• Foster a positive, cooperative relationship with outside contacts.
• Demonstrate clinical, communications, and documentation skills.
