Psycho Social Therapies is seeking a TBS Specialist to deliver therapeutic behavioral services under supervision within a geriatric population in Ohio facilities. You will collaborate with licensed clinicians to assess needs and develop treatment plans, providing both individual and group support while maintaining professional documentation and communication with partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Develop service plans for individualized supports and treatment planning.
• Offer linkage, interventions, and crisis prevention to restore daily life skills.
• Deliver services to individual clients or groups.
• Maintain positive relationships with outside contacts.
• Demonstrate clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
