Psycho Social Therapies is a leading mental health agency serving geriatric residents in Ohio nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The TBS Specialist works with a licensed clinician to address individualized mental health needs within a single facility.

Responsibilities include service planning, crisis prevention, and maintaining documentation while collaborating with a therapy team and external contacts. Travel within the service area is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician.
• Develop service plans for individualized supports and treatment plans.
• Link, intervene, and restore daily living skills; manage crisis prevention services.
• Deliver services to individual clients or groups and document accordingly.
• Foster positive relationships with outside contacts and coordinate care.
