Psycho Social Therapies is a leading mental health agency serving geriatric populations in Ohio nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The Therapeutic Behavioral Services Specialist will work with a licensed clinician to address individualized mental health needs and collaborate on treatment planning.

Responsibilities include providing therapeutic services, developing care plans, crisis prevention, and maintaining clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or higher education in related field.
• Related experience or training in mental/behavioral health.
• Driver's license, insurance, reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients in collaboration with a licensed clinician.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and service planning.
• Offer crisis prevention services and restorative life skills support.
• Deliver services to individuals or groups and coordinate with external contacts.
• Maintain clinical, communications and documentation standards.
