Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents across three Baltimore-area centers. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Practice and collaborates with the Medical Director and Center Leadership.

New grads welcome; base salary $115,000–$125,000 with a no-cap incentive program, 40-hour weeks, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; licensed as a registered nurse; NP certification with a Master's in Nursing.
• PA must graduate from ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE; PA licensure and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
• Support AlignMed Partners' mission of high-quality health care and compassionate service.
