Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program, licensed as a registered nurse.

• Two years of experience with adult or geriatric population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice.
• Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership to improve healthcare delivery.
