Job summary

Dig Energy, Inc. is hiring a manufacturing technician to support assembly, test, qualification and deployment of our geothermal drilling system at our Manchester, NH site. You will work closely with engineering and operations, building and maintaining equipment, reading drawings, and assisting field teams when needed.

You are hands-on, collaborative and comfortable with mechanical assembly, hydraulics, high‑pressure systems and basic electrical wiring. 3+ years in related roles preferred.

Qualifications

• Reading engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Strong collaborative skills and cross-functional teamwork.
• Hands-on with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical tasks.
• Experience with hydraulics and high-pressure systems.
• Attention to detail in prototyping and field support.

Responsibilities

• Electromechanical assembly including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and basic electrical tasks.
• Build and redline engineering drawings and provide feedback to design team.
• Work from engineering docs and work instructions to assemble and test components.
• Maintain and service our drilling equipment and accessories.
• Assemble and test drill heads and drill string.
• Occasional field support with drilling teams when needed.
• Provide feedback on possible design improvements and new features.
