Job summary

Baker Hughes Holdings LLC is seeking a Geothermal Reservoir Engineer in Houston to lead reservoir modeling, simulation, and resource evaluation for geothermal projects. You will develop 3D models, run simulations, and collaborate across geoscience and drilling teams to maximize energy recovery while controlling risk.

The role requires a Master’s/PhD in a relevant field and 3–5 years of geothermal experience, with proficiency in CMG, Eclipse, Petrel, and tNavigator.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in a related field required.
3–5 years of geothermal reservoir modeling and simulation experience.
Strong knowledge of porous media flow, heat transfer, and uncertainty quantification.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain 3D geothermal reservoir models and perform simulations.
Lead geothermal study projects to completion within budget and time.
Collaborate with geoscientists, engineers, and surface teams to optimize field plans.
Support techno‑economic assessments and investment decisions.
Prepare technical reports and client presentations.
