Job summary

TriSearch is seeking a Senior Geologist for a confidential client in the geothermal sector. The role focuses on geologic evaluations to support exploration, development and operations of enhanced geothermal systems (EGS).

You will work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment and lead subsurface modeling efforts. Requirements include a Master’s degree or higher, 5+ years in geology, and experience with seismic data, drilling support and project management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in geology or related fields.
• Experience planning drilling of horizontal wells.
• Experience integrating seismic surveys with subsurface models.
• Experience with subsurface modeling and data analysis.
• PM experience or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead geologic evaluations for world‑class EGS exploration and development.
• Prepare technical insights via reports and presentations using company templates.
• Mentor and coach team members in geoscience methods and tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Operations and Development.
• Oversee data management and subsurface conceptual modeling activities.
