Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience with CMMS for planning, backlog, and KPI reporting.
• Ability to estimate labor hours and develop reusable job plans.

Responsibilities

• Convert PM/CbM work requests into fully planned work orders with scope, parts, labor hours, and discipline requirements.
• Process work requests from Operations, Maintenance, Commissioning, Engineering, and Reliability.
• Build work procedures by equipment type to enable reuse across sites.
• Provide labor and time estimates for every plan and iterate based on field feedback.
• Verify plans before release: parts on hand, permits identified, and outage windows confirmed.
