Job summary

Fervo is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to own the planning and scheduling for a fleet of geothermal generating facilities. You will convert work requests into planned CMMS work orders, define scope, parts, labor hours, and permits, and manage a rolling 4–6 week backlog across all sites.

You will coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Reliability teams, maintain asset histories, and report schedule compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance planning and scheduling experience in industrial environments.
• Experience coordinating CMMS work orders, PM templates, backlog reporting, and KPI management.
• Direct experience with multi-site scheduling and parts coordination with supply chain or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own CMMS planning and scheduling data, backlog, and schedule compliance.
• Convert preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance Work Requests into fully planned work orders in the CMMS.
• Define scope, parts, labor hours, discipline requirements, permits, and outage windows.
• Maintain a 4 to 6 week rolling backlog of planned work across all sites, ready to schedule.
• Coordinate crew hours and schedule commitments with site maintenance supervisors.
• Bundle jobs to reduce mobilization and production overhead.
• Support unplanned opportunities from the backlog and rework affected plans.
