Job summary

Fervo Energy Company is seeking an Asset Reservoir Engineer to lead asset development planning and perform reservoir analyses supporting geothermal projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine development plans, evaluate economics, and implement data acquisition and reservoir simulations to improve development decisions and capital efficiency.

You will develop production forecasts, perform history matching of reservoir models, and support field operations with data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 6+ years of engineering experience in oil/gas or geothermal.
• 1+ years of field experience in oil/gas, geothermal, or similar operations.
• Experience in asset development planning and economic modeling.
• Experience in production forecasting and probabilistic analysis.
• Willing to travel up to 15% for fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset development planning and reservoir analysis to support geothermal projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine development plans and evaluate economics.
• Design and implement data acquisition programs for reservoir management and decision support.
• Develop production forecasts and perform history matching of reservoir models.
