FieldBridge Energy seeks a US-based Drilling Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient construction of geothermal wells. You will supervise drilling contractors and service crews, make real-time decisions on site, and ensure costs and reports stay under control, with planning work possible from home.

This senior role requires 8+ years in wellsite supervision, hard rock drilling experience, and the ability to manage lost circulation and cementing decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in wellsite drilling supervision
• Hard rock drilling experience (geothermal, mining, mineral exploration, large-diameter or water well)
• Experience with air, aerated or underbalanced drilling
• Experience managing lost circulation, including LCM strategy and cement decision points
• Experience exercising stop-work authority on a live operation
• Working knowledge of casing, cementing and wellhead installation
• Daily reporting and cost tracking skills; MS Office and SAP a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel from your home location to Hobbs, NM and assignment sites in the western US
• Ability to obtain and maintain well control (IADC WellSharp or IWCF), H2S and first aid certifications

Aufgaben

• Execute the approved well program safely, delivering each well to specification
• Supervise drilling contractor and service company crews and hold them to the agreed standard
• Manage hard rock drilling conditions, including lost circulation, hole cleaning and bit performance
• Oversee casing running, cementing and wellhead installation, including high-temperature applications
• Track wellsite cost, verify contractor time and materials, and submit daily drilling and cost reports
