Lead the safe, efficient construction of geothermal wells as the senior operational presence on location. You will supervise drilling contractors and service crews, make real-time decisions within the approved well program, and keep cost and reporting under control. Geothermal is one of the fastest-growing corners of energy, and this is a hands-on seat on projects that deliver clean, round-the-clock power. Planning work can be done virtually from home, and field work takes you to Hobbs, NM and remote drilling sites. You will work through hard rock, lost circulation and high-temperature conditions where good judgment on location protects people, budgets and schedules. Supervisors here carry real authority, including stop-work authority, and your decisions directly decide whether each well is delivered safely and on spec.
