ENGEO Incorporated is seeking a Staff Engineer in California to work on geotechnical design, analysis, and field investigations for diverse private and public projects. You will develop plans, perform stability assessments, and create detailed reports with mentorship from senior staff.

The role includes collaboration on global projects, travel opportunities, and engagement in a wide range of geotechnical tasks from lab testing to site supervision.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS/PhD preferred in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; numerical modeling, seismic hazard analysis and GIS are plus.
• Must work well in fast-paced, dynamic and diverse environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop geotechnical recommendations, plans, and specs for design and construction.
• Model static and dynamic stability, settlement, liquefaction using geotech software.
• Perform field investigations, sampling, and testing; observe construction activities.
• Prepare geotechnical reports, letters, and project documents.
• Support global projects with on-site engineering in international sites.
