Job summary

ENGEO is seeking a Staff Engineer to work on geotechnical design, analysis, and field support across private and public projects. You will be mentored to build technical expertise, project management skills, and business development capabilities.

The role involves site visits, soil testing, report preparation, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Domestic and international travel may be required; start date is immediate for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering is required.
• E.I.T certification is required or in progress.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; GIS experience is a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, diverse environment.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally for project work.

Responsibilities

• Develop geotechnical recommendations, plans, and specs for design and construction.
• Perform geotechnical analysis and design of foundation systems and slope stability.
• Assess soil liquefaction and perform seismic-hazard analyses.
• Conduct field investigations, sampling, and site observations.
• Prepare detailed geotechnical reports and assist with project administration.
• Support Global Projects with potential international site work.
