ENGEO is seeking a Staff Engineer to work on diverse geotechnical projects across public and private sectors. You will receive mentorship to grow technical expertise, project management skills, and business development capabilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering.
• E.I.T certification and strong problem-solving skills required.
• Experience with geotechnical analysis and field investigations is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop geotechnical recommendations, plans, and specs for private/public projects.
• Perform analysis and design of foundations, ground improvement, slopes, and related systems.
• Model using PLAXIS, FLAC, or similar software and assess seismic-hazard and ground response.
• Prepare detailed reports and observe field construction activities.
