Job summary

Keller North America, Inc. is seeking a confident, safety-oriented Superintendent to support our Rocky Mountain region. This hands-on role requires frequent regional travel and leadership of field crews on geotechnical ground improvement projects.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years as a Driller, OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR, and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license and experience with heavy equipment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Driller.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Active Driver's license is required.
• Experience with heavy construction equipment is a plus.
• Geotechnical experience is a plus.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency expected.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site project activities, including labor, equipment, materials, safety and production.
• Study plans to ensure work meets specifications and deadlines.
• Develop skilled craft workers and supervise crews daily.
• Coordinate with operations to meet production targets and procurement needs.
• Prepare progress reports and inspect work; travel regionally as required.
