Job summary

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) in Newark, NJ, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead transportation construction projects, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure delivery in accordance with contract requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold a NJ PE license, a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, 8+ years of construction experience, and be able to manage office and field activities, prepare reports, and lead project meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional Engineer license in New Jersey required.
• 8+ years of construction experience with 2+ years in project management.
• Experience performing construction inspection on civil projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple transportation construction projects and coordinate with clients and contractors.
• Oversee project documentation, schedules, pay estimates, submittals, RFI's, and changes.
• Lead project meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.
