Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals is seeking a Geotechnical Project Engineer to develop and expand its Richmond, VA geotechnical operations. Work directly with senior leadership, manage projects independently, develop client relationships, and help build a growing regional practice.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological/Geotechnical Engineering or related discipline.
• FE/EIT; PE license preferred or ability to obtain once qualified.
• Experience managing geotechnical projects, including budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.
• MS Office proficiency; gINT & AutoCAD helpful but not required.
• Travel regionally up to ~40%.

Responsabilidades

• Manage geotechnical engineering projects from initial proposal through completion.
• Assist with developing project scopes, proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee geotechnical investigations, analyses, reports, and recommendations.
• Maintain project quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, and project partners.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to expand the Richmond geotechnical practice.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and field personnel.
• Coordinate field investigations, laboratory testing, and construction-related services.
