Qualifikationen

• 8 years of related experience
• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university
• Driving license if driving for ECS subsidiary
• Proficient with geotechnical principles and applications
• Experience in laboratory testing, construction observation, and field QA testing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong project management and marketing skills
• Leadership qualifications and business development orientation

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a team of geotechnical and construction materials engineers and project managers
• Oversee and manage all laboratory operations
• Oversee projects and perform technical report reviews, proposals, and group P&L management
• Assist staff in marketing by maintaining and developing client interactions
• Interact with senior staff and mentor junior staff
• Assist with recruiting and maintaining adequate staffing in the group
