Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Geotechnical Project Manager I to oversee geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing projects from proposal to completion. You will manage scheduling, budgets, and client relations while mentoring junior staff and supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in geotechnical projects or CMT.
• Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar is required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares geotechnical reports including analysis and recommendations.
• Manages geotechnical and CMT projects including scheduling, execution, and delivery.
• Reviews field reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Manages budgets, change orders, invoices, and collections.
• Prepares geotechnical and CMT proposals.
• Interfaces with clients and participates in project discussions.
