Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in geotechnical/construction materials labs.
• Nuclear gauge and basic concrete and soils certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities and personnel related to geotechnical/construction materials laboratory testing.
• Oversee laboratory tests, interpretation of test data, and preparation of reports.
• Ensure day-to-day lab operations meet financial and quality objectives.
• Maintain QMS compliance and pursue accreditations/certifications.
• Maintain equipment calibration, inventory, safety, and training of staff.
