Kiewit Foundations Co. is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee field operations on deep foundation projects across North America.

You will lead crews, enforce safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets, and coordinate with field engineers, craft workers, and subcontractors. The role requires a strong background in geotechnical construction—drilled shafts, piles, soil mixing—and proven supervisory ability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading deep foundation and ground improvement operations.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience as a superintendent.
• Experience with foundation equipment and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of safety policy and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers to meet safety, quality and schedule goals.
• Coordinate with field engineers and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
• Resolve scheduling issues and manage material quantities and equipment needs.
• Ensure adherence to company safety, attendance and conduct policies.
