Job summary

Kiewit Foundations Co is seeking a Mid Level Superintendent to lead field operations across projects in North America. You will set high safety, quality, schedule, and cost expectations and oversee crews focused on deep foundation and ground improvement work. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

The role requires hands-on leadership, broad expertise in piling, auger cast, and related methods, and the ability to drive project performance with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, and management of deep foundation and/or ground improvement operations.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow Jr. Superintendents.
• Review and approve labor rates for Foremen, journeymen and laborers.
• Manage contract administration and field communication.
• Develop client relations programs on site.
• Attend meetings with clients for problem resolution and planning.
• Oversee monthly job cost updates and cash flow projections.
• Review and approve or negotiate change orders.
• Plan project completion and turnover; ensure timely performance evaluations.
