Skanska USA is seeking a dynamic Superintendent to join our Underpinning & Foundations team in the Mid-Atlantic region. This role focuses on leading field operations, upholding safety, schedule, and budget while adhering to contract documents and project plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering (geotechnical preferred) and at least 5 years in geotechnical construction, with demonstrated ability to manage teams, schedule work, and drive ethical, profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Engineering disciplines, geotechnical preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years prior relevant experience in geotechnical construction (deep excavation & foundations).
• Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.

Responsibilities

• The Superintendent is responsible for field operations in assigned areas or aspects of the project.
• He/she directly supervises field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Engineering (geotechnical preferred)
