Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Project Manager for the Underpinning & Foundations team in the Metro NYC area. The role requires leading project direction, managing financial outcomes, and handling owner and subcontractor relationships.

The candidate should bring 7+ years in geotechnical foundations, a construction or engineering degree, and strong leadership, communication, and client service skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant geotechnical experience in deep excavation/foundations construction.
• Practical knowledge in leading and managing execution of processes within one project area.
• Advanced knowledge in a specific technical discipline with organizational impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project direction, completion and financial outcome.
• Administer owner and subcontractor relationships for assigned projects.
• Direct and mentor on-site staff; demonstrate leadership and organizational skills.
