Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of post-education experience in engineering, geotechnical and infrastructure design (Indiana); 15+ preferred.
• P.E. license in Indiana (multi-state preferred).
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical/ pavement engineering principles and permitting processes.
• Experience with infrastructure planning, design, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site due diligence, investigations, remediation, and construction of infrastructure projects.
• Develop plans, specs, and cost estimates; coordinate with owners and sub-consultants.
• Oversee design and construction of rehabilitation and new infrastructure projects.
• Mentor staff and ensure QA/QC across project teams.
• Develop client relationships and pursue business opportunities.
