Qualifications

• Pursuit of bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• ABET accreditation strongly preferred.
• Pursuit of Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
• Currently enrolled in a related post-secondary program.
• Prior internship or consulting experience preferred.
• Active campus/community involvement encouraged.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated leadership and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, data collection, and documentation.
• Support lead engineers on project tasks and ad hoc duties.
• Prepare presentations and basic analyses for project reviews.
• Contribute to internal continuous improvement efforts.
