Job summary

Wayne Brothers, Inc. is seeking a Drill Tender - Geotechnical to support auger cast pile operations across multiple sites. Willingness to travel and adapt to varying conditions is essential.

You will operate CFA and related rig equipment, collect data, and help ensure safety and quality on the job. Ideal candidates hold OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, a valid driver’s license, and an aerial lift certification; WBI Craft Training or Level I certifications are required after hire.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 Hour certifications required.
• First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Aerial lift certification required.
• WBI Craft Training and Level I certifications required after hire.
• Desirable: vocational/technical grading/site development training.

Responsibilities

• Operate micro-piles rig, Kelly bar rig, CFA fixed mast rig.
• Set up and break down rigs; carry, load and unload materials.
• Record data and relay to foreman; monitor safety on site.
• Operate light and select heavy equipment; assist with ground improvements.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Follow site specifications,OSH A rules, and safety guidelines.
• Assist crew with erosion control, grading, and drainage as needed.
• Travel to project sites and work 40–60+ hour weeks when required.
