Job summary
A geotechnical services company in Maine is seeking a Driller to operate test boring rigs. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy equipment and hold a valid Class A CDL. Responsibilities include soil sampling, maintaining drilling equipment, and traveling to various work sites throughout New England. Qualifications
Prior experience operating a test boring rig or similar heavy equipment.
Current Class A CDL license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift and carry heavy tooling and supplies up to 100 pounds.
Responsibilities
Operate a geotechnical and environmental test boring rig safely.
Conduct soil boring and sampling, rock coring, and measuring water levels.
Regular travel to short-term work sites throughout New England.
