Actalent in Spokane Valley, WA seeks a Construction Manager to bridge engineering design with field execution on geotechnical projects. You will lead field crews, manage client relationships, develop work plans, and ensure safety and profitability in line with project plans and specifications.

The role requires at least 5 years of geotechnical construction experience, direct field work, and an engineering credential (PE/EIT).

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive construction management experience with geotechnical focus.
• Direct field experience in geotechnical construction projects.
• Experience supervising field crews including drillers, operators, and technicians.
• Ability to manage design-to-construction coordination for micropiles, soil nails, shoring, and grouting.
• Experience with cost estimating, scheduling, and project coordination.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers and clients to ensure work matches specifications.
• Willingness to pass medical physical and functional lift tests for outdoor work.

Aufgaben

• Oversee specialty geotechnical construction projects from planning to execution.
• Estimate costs, manage schedules, and coordinate manpower per specs.
• Supervise field crews and provide daily technical direction on site.
• Visit active sites to resolve issues and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers and clients to ensure designs are built to spec.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
• Manage project logs, equipment use, budgets, and quality checks.
• Identify site deficiencies and drive timely resolutions to keep progress.
