Job summary

Supplied Talent partners with a geotechnical construction contractor to recruit a Project Manager who will own projects from estimate to closeout. You will collaborate with field crews, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver technically complex deep foundation and earth-retention work.

You will lead estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management while guiding design-build efforts and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of construction experience, including several years as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Background in heavy civil, geotechnical, foundation, or specialty construction.
• Hands-on experience with deep foundations, earth retention, drilling, shoring, or ground improvement.
• Strong command of estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting schedule, quality, budget, and safety goals.
• Clear, direct communication with crews, superintendents, clients, and engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical projects from estimating through field execution and closeout.
• Prepare and review estimates, proposals, bids, and scopes of work.
• Build and manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Coordinate daily activities with superintendents and field teams.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, change orders, and material costs.
• Solve problems tied to site conditions, design changes, scheduling, and field operations.
• Partner with engineers and internal teams on design-build work.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Lead internal project meetings and client-facing discussions.
• Support jobsite safety alongside field and safety teams.
• Share lessons learned to improve execution across project teams.
