Job summary

Esri's Geo Experience Center is seeking an Application Developer to help build prototype applications that explore digital cartography, advanced map visualizations, and web GIS experiences.

You will design and implement user experiences for web apps, work with frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, or Svelte, and collaborate with SDK teams during release sprints to improve APIs, tools, and developer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern web frameworks (React/Angular/Vue/Svelte)
• Experience with code management systems and CI/CD
• Foundational understanding of digital cartography, data visualization, or geospatial development
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 25–50%

Responsibilities

• Design and implement user experiences for web apps and cartographic visualizations
• Collaborate with core development and SDK teams during release sprints
• Develop reusable UI components for web applications
