Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a User Engagement Engineer SME to bridge users and developers on a geospatial intelligence program. You will lead engagement strategies, train users, and ensure solutions meet operational requirements for mission partners.

This role requires active TS clearance with SCI and Polygraph, experience with Agile, and proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence. You will work with stakeholders across levels to improve usability and adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI and a Polygraph.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of user engagement strategies to drive adoption and effectiveness.
Partner with customer stakeholders, mission owners, system engineers, and product managers to translate user needs into improvements.
Design and deliver user training, workshops, and informational sessions for diverse audiences.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational evaluations.
Gather and analyze user feedback to inform feature development.
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story development.
Track user engagement metrics and report on KPIs.
Create user documentation, FAQs, and support materials.
