Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Test Engineer to support a geospatial intelligence capability development program. The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a polygraph, and will involve working with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum DevSecOps environment.

You will design and execute test strategies, create automated and manual test cases, and drive quality across multiple sprints, ensuring performance, security, and usability while integrating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; or Master's degree in a related field
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to successfully pass a Polygraph examination
• US citizenship required
• Certifications such as ISTQB, CASTP, CAST, CSTE, or Security+ preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, development, and execution of comprehensive test strategies across multiple Agile sprints, designing and maintaining both automated and manual test cases
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing while validating performance, reliability, security, and usability
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, systems engineers, and Scrum Masters to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality in every release
• Identify and track software defects through resolution, integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test results and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
