Qualifications

• US citizenship is required per contract.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree plus 12-15 or 10-13 years of related experience.
• 8+ years of experience in user engagement or geospatial intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of geospatial intelligence systems and mapping tools.
• Proven experience in user training, engagement, and support.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and work in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of user engagement strategies for geospatial intelligence in the Chinook Program.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, mission owners, and technical teams to understand user requirements.
• Design and deliver user training, workshops, and sessions for varied user levels.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to drive system improvements and new features.
• Champion human-centered design and advocating for exceptional user experience.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story development.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational evaluations.
• Develop engagement strategies to increase adoption across the enterprise.
• Identify usability issues and recommend enhancements based on priorities.
