Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Geospatial Technician to support Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, and easement preparation.

Responsibilities include processing field data via Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D, performing QA/QC checks, and coordinating with field crews. Candidates should have ALTA knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. FAA Part 107 license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center for survey production.
• Knowledge of ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, and legal descriptions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field-to-office coordination.
• Ability to multi-task, QA/QC checks, and interact with field crews and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production and deed research.
• Support boundary analysis, easement preparation, and legal descriptions.
• Process raw field data through Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D.
• Perform QA/QC checks and coordinate with field crews and office staff.
