Job summary

Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) seeks an experienced Agile leader to drive geospatial software delivery for defense and intelligence programs. You will align customer needs with mission objectives, shape the program roadmap, and guide cross-functional teams across Java, Python, and GIS stacks.

You will manage epics, stories, and tasks, ensure security and DevSecOps practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions leveraging AWS, ArcGIS, and OpenGeo technologies.

Qualifications

• Requires BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years; OR 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph post hire.
• Experience with web services protocols (SOAP/REST/OGC), NiFi, Tomcat, Python, ML; 3+ years with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with ML models (CNN, NLP, CV, object detection, parsing).
• AWS and Ground Truth familiarity; Agile software delivery experience.
• Experience in integrating COTS/GOTS/FOSS into baselines; GIS apps and database services (PostGIS, PostgreSQL, Oracle Spatial).
• Proficiency in Java, PHP, JBOSS, Tomcat, Linux/Windows, ArcGIS APIs; DevSecOps practices; GitLab CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Drive product delivery by aligning customer needs, mission objectives, and product requirements.
• Develop and maintain the team roadmap; support delivery on commitments.
• Plan and prioritize epics, features, stories, and bugs by business value.
• Write clear, technically detailed tasks reflecting customer priorities.
• Define and track progress of epics, stories, tasks, and bugs.
• Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, leadership, customers, and development teams.
• Lead and support Agile ceremonies (daily scrums, retrospectives, PI planning).
