Job summary

Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) is hiring a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and integrate new geospatial capabilities for defense and intelligence projects. You'll work across a complex system, collaborating with systems engineers and testers to deliver value from idea to production.

We value initiative, fast-paced delivery, and cross-functional teamwork. Desire for familiarity with modern languages (Python, Ruby, Java, JavaScript) and cloud/container technologies, plus a TS/SCI

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor in CS or related field required.
• 2+ years in software development lifecycle across analysis, design, development, testing, deployment.
• Experience with modern languages and web technologies; familiarity with GEOINT/SIGINT/IMINT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development, testing and integration of new capabilities from idea to production.
• Integrate capabilities across enterprise systems meeting user and stakeholder needs.
• Participate in standups, sprint planning and coordinate with team members.
• Write documentation and end-user instructions as needed.
