Job summary

Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and maintain cloud-based services using AWS and a modern JS stack. You will code in C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and shell, manage GitLab repos, and apply DevOps within Agile teams.

Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility is required along with willingness to obtain a polygraph. Citizenship is required; this is a high-impact defense role with frontier geospatial solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires BS degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and Polygraph is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with REACT or a modern JavaScript framework.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Python, C# development framework.
• At least 3 years of experience with unit testing, CI tools, and Gitlab.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-based services using AWS Lambda, EC2, and other core AWS services.
• Write and maintain code in C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Create, document, and manage functionality in GitLab repositories.
• Apply DevOps practices and deliver features within an Agile environment.
• Design and implement APIs and database integrations with Redux and React.
• Integrate open-source packages for data visualization and data filtering.
• Ensure code quality via unit testing and build testing practices.
