This role will support the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, QA/QC, and completion of professional services, including training and mentoring of junior staff and driving client satisfaction and business development. The position emphasizes leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration to grow Westwood's survey presence while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in surveying or utility locating or SUE industry.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates scopes of work, creates budgets, and writes proposal language.
• Manages project teams, tasks, schedules, and resources.
• Maintains budgets, analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization.
• Mentors junior staff and supports business development.
• Ensures quality standards and consistent field products.
