Job summary

cFocus Software seeks a Mid-Level Application Developer to support DHS programs. This remote role requires a Public Trust Clearance and focuses on building geospatial and situational awareness applications using ESRI tools.

You will influence requirements, write test plans, automate workflows in Python and ArcGIS Notebooks, and integrate solutions with enterprise systems while adhering to federal laws and DHS directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Geography or a related field.
• 7+ years of Application Development experience.
• 7+ years of experience with .NET, C#, Python, Notebook Server, ESRI APIs, SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain geospatial and situational awareness applications.
• Provide technical expertise during requirements collection and analysis.
• Develop solutions for GMO Programs (COP, HIFLD, GII).
• Develop testing criteria based on Operational Requirements and KPIs.
• Develop test plans and scripts to ensure system integrity and security.
• Create and deploy web applications using ESRI Experience Builder and ArcGIS API.
• Set up dashboards displaying real-time data and KPIs.
• Automate geospatial tasks with Python and ArcGIS Notebooks.
