Job summary

cFocus Software Incorporated is looking for a Jr. Geospatial Analyst to join a new 3-year program supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The position is primarily remote but will require occasional on-site meetings in Springfield, VA.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least 6 years of GIS experience and knowledge of the ESRI Suite and AWS. A Public Trust Clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in GIS.
• Strong knowledge of ESRI Suite and AWS.
• Public Trust Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection, analysis, interpretation, and management duties.
• Prepare presentations reflecting the analysis results.
• Design and develop statistical methodologies.
• Conduct research for homeland security missions.
• Assess current threats and trends.
• Lead technical demonstrations and presentations.
