Job summary

Continental Resources, Inc. seeks Geoscience Interns to support interpretation of CLR development assets and exploration prospects.

Under supervision from mentors and geologic staff, interns generate sequence stratigraphic models, subsurface and petrophysical maps, production analysis, geosteering interpretations and mud log analysis. Interns will receive training on practical geological concepts, work on a summer project, and have opportunities to present results to asset teams and management,

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a four-year college.
• Working toward a Geology or Earth Sciences degree.
• Eligible to work in the United States after graduation.
• Pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Generate geologic interpretations and maps.
• Develop sequence stratigraphic models and petrophysical maps.
• Produce production analysis and mud log interpretation.
• Present summer project findings to management.
