Job summary

EOG Resources, Inc. invites motivated geoscience students to join an internship program in the United States.

Interns will support subsurface evaluation efforts for exploration and development, and gain hands-on experience in geologic and seismic interpretation, along with subsurface mapping and analysis. Preference will be given to students strong in stratigraphy, sedimentology, structural geology, log analysis, and geophysical interpretation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor, master, or doctorate in geoscience.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong oral and written communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Familiar with MS Office and email apps.
• Deductive reasoning and ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Excellent organization and project coordination skills.
