Devon offers a Geosciences Internship designed for full-time students, combining real-world geoscience tasks with hands-on learning in North American exploration and exploitation projects. You will work with geologists and geophysicists, develop technical skills, and gain exposure to cutting-edge digital tools while contributing to ongoing field evaluations.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Geoscience degree (Master's level preferred) with a strong academic record and a collaborative mindset,

Qualifications

• Full-time student pursuing a Geoscience degree with strong academic standing.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Knowledge of geology, geophysics, and oil and gas industry practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist geologists and geophysicists in evaluating oil and gas trends.
• Identify new drilling prospects and support projects within existing fields.
• Participate in on-the-job assignments to develop technical and professional skills.
• Collaborate with geoscience professionals on core evaluation, well log interpretation, and mapping data.
